I stumbled across this book on my Instagram ads one day and decided to do some research on it. Well, I’m glad I did. It is truly eye opening and makes you sit back and think about things in a positive light and gives you a lot of perspective on things you don’t normally think about. Kristen Butler, the author, knocked it out of the park with this journal. I have daily reminders set for my morning and night time journal entries. So far, I’ve noticed a positive change in my attitude! I highly recommend this to anyone!
